And there will be an automatic recurring charge on your credit card on March 11. You can cancel your membership or downgrade to Free membership at any time. After cancel your Premium membership or downgrade to Free membership, you will not be billed for the monthly fee any more.

    After you cancel your membership, it becomes an expired membership. An expired membership account can not be re-activated. However, you can still log on an expired membership to check the user information, history and invoices under that account. That is your record that you have the right to access at any time.

    Your password is sent to you within 5 minutes after you sign up. It is sent by our email program automatically. Please check your email box immediately after you sign up.

  2. I have not received the password by email. What is the problem?

    When a picture folder is selected, an index page will display the thumbnails of all the pictures in this folder. Click on one thumbnail, and a bigger picture will pop up in a new window.

  2. I cannot log on. After I click the "Enter" button in the log on page, I am always taken back to the same log on page.

    Please make sure you have the correct user ID and password. If you still cannot log on with the correct user ID and password, please see the next question.

  3. I cannot browse the website. There is sometimes a "session" error message printed out. Sometimes, I cannot enter certain pages even if I try to log on with the correct user ID and password.

    We save session data in your browser using cookies. You need to enable cookies in your web browser.

    For example, on Internet Explorer 5, go to menu Tools/Internet Options/, select the Security tab, and then select the Internet icon. Press the "Custom Level..." button, roll down to Cookies branch, and enable Allow per-session cookies.
